Bring depth of high-value care, support, and information that helps reduce the impact of hemophilia and be a source of inspiration. The site must also help streamline communication and encourage people to register for the Pfizer Hemophilia CRM program.
Use authentic, homespun images of the REAL Pfizer Hemophilia community to create an authentic look and feel. Realign and optimize existing assets, integrating them with new media to showcase our depth of resources (which includes the quarterly newsletter). Keep the site minimally branded in order to foster a relationship of trust.
A new community resource that had a 63% increase in daily visits to the site, and got nearly 16,000 hits over a 6-month period—more than other Pfizer Hemophilia web properties. Registrations for the CRM program significantly increased. The site and program received accolades from the community during the launch of Hemophilia Village during a national convention.
